Welcome to HireRT,

We are a national networking community of Licensed Respiratory Therapists and Healthcare Providers. We are designed to give you an amazing opportunity to work the hours that best meet your needs.

This can work for you in many ways. You can pick up extra shifts on your days off. You can work part-time on days you request. This can give you an opportunity to try different areas in your field to see which better suits you. And with us being nationwide you can even pick up shifts as you travel.

Do not be alarmed if you see ZERO PROVIDERS in your dashboard when you first sign on. We are a brand new business, as of August 1st, and are in the process of adding the Healthcare Providers to our network. Once the providers in your area are added to our network and their profiles are fully set up, only then will you be able to see them listed.

I will be activating your account today giving you a Free Membership for the rest of the year (2018) I will send you an email notifying you when providers are in your area. Be sure your profile is ready.

Here are the next steps for you to follow:

  • Do not activate your profile by adding your credit card information yet. If you have done so already I will be issuing you a refund.

  • Fill out your profile questionnaire completely.

  • Upload your license so the provider has this available for their records.

  • Upload a picture of yourself.

  • Fill out your calendar, listing times and days you are available to work. This is really important. Your profile is hidden until you have your calendar filled out. This prevents people from reaching out to you when you are not available. (see below)

  • Be on the lookout for an email from us.

  • When the providers have been added in your area I will send you an email.

  • Enjoy using our services. See how it can work for you.

  • If you love HireRT, add your credit card before the trial expires and activate your account.

With the calendar in your profile being essential for the Provider to find you I want to show you a quick tutorial on how to set it up to be helpful.
-Log into your account and you will be taken to your Dashboard.
-At the bottom of the screen click on ‘Edit My Availability’.

-It will take you to the following page where you will enter in the days and times you are available. You can enter one day at a time or do multiple by selecting the drop down menu to let the system know how many times to repeat it and then entering ‘Daily’ or ‘Weekly’ into the dropdown menus.

Again you will not see the providers until they have set up their accounts. Once each provider completes setting up their accounts you will start seeing their openings. You can search through their calendars and request to work. You will do this by clicking on ‘Find Openings’ in your dashboard.

Here is a video that shows a demo of how the site works. This will walk you through seeing how you will be able to find providers. It also will show you why setting up your profile and filling out your calendar are very important so the provider can find you.

In addition to the rest of 2018 being free we are also offering a 1 year free membership if you get a Healthcare Provider to sign on. You can email me for more details about this.
